It is one of our forecasts, that the financial crisis may lead to more transparency in the financial industry, especially regarding the fees they receive from clients investing in funds or other securities.
Therefore I am not surprised to see that with the HypoVereinsbank, a company of the Unicredito Group, a first major bank starts with a new fee structure. It will be interesting to see whether this initiative will be profitable and have some imitators.
